Their office in Amanora Mall near Magarpetta in Pune misguided us in taking their membership. I did not pay the full amount to them, only advance. They took signature on registration form without filling the details. They cheated us in believing that they have 5 star properties in india and in all countries abroad. They did not issue tax receipt for the transaction/advance paid. Without even paying the balance amount, they forced the membership with conditions which were totally contrary to what they promised. Even the name in membership is not correct. I asked them for refund very next day but they kept delaying it. I made numerous emails to which they responded but did not pay the amount with compensation till date since Sep 14. I will have to file an FIR against these people and the owner of Country Club. Frauds. Don’t even think of taking their membership.
