The most inefficient, dumb and pathetic customer service people are employed with Country club. Don’t take any package- even for free. This is a trap. You cannot figure put their rates. The employees do not understand your question. They are always "busy" so won’t answer. The call is placed on hold for average 6 minutes for a 30 second conversation. They don’t value your time or money.
