A lot has been written against unethical issues of this club/resort, but I never expected that they would put my name and number on voucher page of their web site for help desk - don’t know if this is intentional. They may have put my name to not entertain the free voucher requests, but they are losing customer’s loyalty faster. I get people calling me now for many months seeking help on vouchers(these are promised free stays), and many number of reminders to the club has not resulted into their removal of my name and number from the page.
