Here I would Like to raise a concern/ grievance against the Membership I have purchased . This was my first interaction with Country Club and I have almost heard good about the services provided , However I am very sorry to say that I am really disappointed and unsatisfied with the relationship with Country Club.
Below is the case history to make you more clear about my issue .
On 9th Dec 12 , I was provided the presentation regarding the Country wide vacations and I was quiet impressed about the schemes and facilities which was promised to me . I purchased the "PARIVAR Membership " on 10th Dec 12 worth rupees 130000/- . The services and facilities which was told to me are as below :
Lifetime Clubbing membership with one generation transfer.
Lifetime Event passes .
2 Adult return flight tickets within India
One Tablet PC
Birthday and Anniversary celebration for members for 30 years.
Banquet hall / conference hall booking facility.
Also it was told to me that I just need to pay the maintenance fees of 6500/- only that year for which I availed the travel package. But as per the kit it says that it needs to be paid every year irrespective of journey.
I would Like to bring to your notice that these all services was offered by Country Club representative Mr. Manpreet . Laterly when I contacted the branch manager Mr. Akhilesh Tyagi he says that you were communicated the wrong information and due to that they have fired the Representative .
I would like to point that I have not communicated with any individual but the COMPANY . I feel that County Club should take an corrective action against the transaction done and do the needful to satisfy the needs of the customer .
Whatever things had been promised to be should be provided and keeping this in mind I am trying to contact Country Club.
TILL DATE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FOR MY BDAY/ANNIVERSARY.
