Not refunding the advance payment

Hi, me and my wife had raised the request for membership on 4th Jan 2017. We already paid the advance amount of INR 50000. Due to some reason, we cancelled our request on the very next day and requested them to refund the advance amount that we paid in their Noida Country Club office(Wave mall, floor 2nd, office no – 44, 45, Sector 18).


Also please note that we have not availed any of their services since we did not receive the membership cards.


There is no reply to any mails from their customer care center and when we call their agents(who convinced us to buy membership), they keep on rotating the request.


Is there any way to get this refund?
