I and my family are planning to trip to a surat. when we go to surat we are stay in this hotel, but its hotel not good for the family. because its rooms AC is broken and the beds have bugs in it. gloomy ambiance.it is a mess in the middle of a messy location. This is the hotel is the worst one. The staff is terrible.i went with family. And they have no consideration. Rooms are the worst quality. otherwise, Guys don’t book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst.
