Very bad service and all false promises

I purchased a holiday package named "Millionaire Club Classic" from "Country Vacations Division India" worth Rs. 10, 50000/- using which I am eligible to book holiday packages(International/Domestic) once a year for 5 years starting from 04/11/2018. I submitted my travel plan with dates( 05/02/2019 to 11/02/2019) and opted for " One Week Family Holiday" package which is complimentary. They were postponing my request from the beginning and as my travel dates are falling near, today i.e. 31/01/2019 they are forcing me to opt for Domestic travel instead of Internation holiday package(as promised at the time of payment). Also, I’m forced to accept 40% of my payment as the refund, which I’m not willing to.
