I took their membership in year 2019 and since then I am in regular contact with them for bookings but never got bookings in a 4 or 5 star hotels. Now recently they again promised me to provide 4 star property after seing my social media postings and told me that I will have to pay 1 AMC to book for next 6 nights and 7 days where I havn’t used there membership till now. When I approached them again about my booking for Jim corbett they asked me to pay 3 AMCs for all last 3 years where I was knowing that there services are far worst that we can see. I even tried to contact them via phone, they will avoid phone calls as well. Forget good property options you will only be achieving Harrassment at last. I have many members of CHIS in contact with me who want their refund from company but they will not refund it at any cost. Now we have decided to go via legal procedure. So please stay away from this.
