I went here last year with my family
In regards to a family hotel I found it pretty good but as the brand name suggests the infrastructure as compared to their hotels in Delhi varies
Room Service is no doubt very good
But thing s like cleanliness in washroom is not as per their standards
The reception area is very attractive
All in all if you are looking for a comfert as a 5 start hotel then you can try other places like sheraton , hilton.
This is more like a 3 star 4 star place.
