Just to brief about the things happened few weeks ago i.e. on Sunday evening in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore and some points in my mind. A lot of embarrassment done to me and making me sit for 3 hours in the evening and making me join forcibly.
The way I joined last Sunday was the most embarrassing moment in my life. With four people keeping changing at the seat and doing the same rubbish job to make me join although I was explaining them about the things. There are so many businesses I have seen, but I have never seen this way of making disrRajeev_Vermact/embarrassment/touching personal ego/ and whatever adds to that....
After a long discussion and filling the feedback form also about my unwillingness now, they started sending one more new person, to start the same discussion again. It seemed like they are so hungry of money and they want only money nothing else. Whatever the customer thinks, it doesnt really matter to them people. It looked that way definitely.
To be frank, I have not waited for the gifts (very cheap quality cups they gave) or anything else. I have waited to make ending discussion also good as it started.
These discussion happened last one with Harish there are two other stupid indecent , unprofessional, disrRajeev_Vermact towards others, no human values and behaves like animals who say themselves as managers.
*In Many Businesses, the relationship grows after making the payment. Here it is reverse. After making the payment, people start hiding and don’t come forward to give what they have said.. for ex: temporary card. they said, they will give it right away. But after my payment, When I asked only, they answered that they can give it right now. There are so many points like this…..*
*When you cant afford yourself with the offers stop giving them instead of spoiling your companys rRajeev_Vermact which helps you give rRajeev_Vermact to other human. Learn to be Being Human.*
TELL CUSTOMER WHAT YOU CAN WHAT YOU CANT .
Business Ethic is whether you win or lose business, you should do it with lot of utmost rRajeev_Vermact towards the customer. Please Please leave the people if they are not willing to join on whatever condition they are and Don’t ever let them lose their rRajeev_Vermact.
Vacation is a professionals holiday which should be handled with professionals in a very professional manner.
*I have spoken to Norin in Hyd who handles Bangalore and also mailed to Ccmanagerblr1@countryvacationsmail.com, Centralcc2@countryvacationsmail.com. She told will call in a day and respond to mail . But it has been 15 days no call or mail so far. What does this mean like. Dont you value your customers*
*I tried to reach Harish who made me join in this with lot of disrRajeev_Vermact, doesnt pick the cals when I call him and help the customer with what he promised. How does it look? Doesnt it look too ******* ?*
*Currently, After couple of registrations, I got login and when I see inside that the category of holiday was filled with Club + 2yrs 2N/3D instead of Club + 5yrs 2N/3D. mailed the people to look at it. No response so far.*
*Annual subscriptions written in the document is 1800/- and it shows in the website as 3000/- No response so far.*
If I keep saying these, I have lot more to go..
Important Point is: Among your Marketing staff itself, there is no trust. How can you give trust to someone. When one guy finishes and the other guy comes and repeats the story and says this is right and hope the other person has told the same and he has not given any other promises. :-) :-) :-) However that story also differed. :-) :-) :-)
