Very bad responses from this service provider

I took membership CVBG2CLUB245841 of country vacations on December 10th 2017 and cancelled after a week due to non-refundable agreeement and not used any service.


Till date paid amount is not refunded. Just country vacations team is responding in email as we are looking into your concern from last 3 months but no one resolved yet.
