I have taken the holiday membership from courtyard Holiday world pvt ltd on 5th January 2022. When I asked for the holiday planning for April 2022 they denied saying, I can take the the holiday only after receiving the welcome package. They told me the welcome when sign that I can start using the membership immediately since I have paid the complete membership amount. Also I made a point on the cancellation policy during signing the agreement and they confirmed that I can cancel the agreement any given point of time and money will be refunded without asked any questions. Now I reach out the customer care and they have denied cancelling the membership and they also saying as per mutually agreed in the agreed, this money pad is none refundable. They said promised totally different during the discussion and after taking the membership they are changing all the things based on company convenience. They have asked me to sign the agreement and they havent given me the copy of the agreement yet, the only copy I have received from that is the invoice for the amount paid. which I have attached. After this incident I did check for the company review and it looks like they have been cheating many customer in the name for holiday membership.
Customer care will not responses to email, they are only concern to take our money and not to provide any service
Lot of customer are unhappy with this company and i’m one of the victim. Pls be careful and dont buy their membership
