I recently recieved a call from Courtyard Holidays World pvt limited regarding Coupons and Vouchers. After talking to us about 45 mins about their membership which they claimed that if we weren’t sattisfied with, within 7 days, we would recieve our full refund of rupees 2, 85, 000. We opted for an EMI as they forced us saying that this was an one time table deal and that the company would bear the intrests on the EMI which was for 24 months(which we later on found to be an lie as the we would have to bear the intrest and the EMI was for 18 months). Later once on signing the paper we found out certain clauses under the terms and condition which we found fishy and the next day when we asked for refund they kept changing the topic and wouldn’t give us our hard earned money back forcing us to take their services
They are cheating people and looting their hard earned mooney from them and arent complying to us as consuumers and our rights.
please help us fighting such companies by joining the facebook group/account
The govt has given many priveleges to us as consumers, let’s utilise it and fight back against such companies
