Their new name "Creekinn Holidays World". They used the "Courtyard" name to fool people by mentioning they are part of Courtyard Mariott group. If you attend the event (In our case, Marriott Bangalore) they organize to fool you, they won’t let you use your phone to avoid collecting any evidence. Also in our case we signed a form but were not allowed to take a picture as they did not allow the phone. But after 21 days they sent us the signed form with "NO REFUND" written on bold which wasn’t mentioned while signing it.
As they mentioned they are part of Marriott, we trusted them and bought a plan worth 80K but later when we checked on Google we found they are no way related to Marriott. So we are asking for a refund since December 2021 after we realized they are Cheaters by calling their customer support but they tend to waste your time by asking for details and later say that the Senior Management is not ready to refund.
We are struggling since December and calling almost every single day but their customer support are helpless and hopeless. Even after a serious complaint raised by us about cheating they are still forcing us to use their services and taking the matter casually. And obviously after knowing their cheap marketing strategy, we are not willing to continue.
Also recently after several mails to customer support, they arranged a call with the sales executive but he seem to be totally rude and unprofessional and is in denial of all what he said while making us buy the plan.
So I would request you all to Please save yourself and DO NOT fall for their tactics.
