The hotel is quite new (opened in early 2013) and located in central business district in part of DB Mall, the only major mall in Bhopal. It is a 4 star hotel and the best available in Bhopal. The entrance to the hotel is quite narrow and vehicles like Innova may find it difficult to turn into the hotel. The reception is on 4th floor and there is staff stationed at the entrance to help you get there and take the luggage. I have stayed there twice and it was a good experience both times. The staff is quite helpful and ever willing to go the extra mile to meet every requirement.
The food buffet is quite good. However, the service could be improved. The staff, though extra polite and helpful, is quite novice. They seem to mix up orders and miss out on smaller etiquette. I am sure this shall improve as the hotel grows. The pool on the 6th floor is quite ok though they should provide a canopy for the daytime. It became unbearably warm in April/May.
There is an internal connection to the mall and one is into shopping or a movie in almost no time. The TV channels are very basic and somehow, I could not find any English news channel. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable and well maintained. That’s the best part of a new property. I am sure this hotel will expend in Bhopal and become even better.
I am going to stay there next time too.
