I have purchased a car insurance from the coverfox.com.aishwaryasingh23ment process was too easy but I got policy after 7 days.I had made them several calls and written emails but they did not responded. Sometimes they gave their reply was that they will call within 15 minutes and through email half an hour, but I never received there call or email .Every time I have to follow up with them.Once I paid money it was like my responsibility to get the policy from them.I had made aishwaryasingh23ment on 15/10/2015 and received my policy in night on 21/10/2015.
I have the worst experience with them.i had contacted there Resolution Team members like Aarti iyer, Sagar, Ashish any many other floor mAnasultanger, Executive:jignesh.
They also give false email address for escalation:Level #1: Customer Experience Team - escalations@coverfox.com

Level #3: Head of Customer Experience – Prajaktta R. Gosavi - prajaktta@coverfox.com
Believe me none of it even works, I have written them email many times, I did not receive any single email from them.
Coverfox just knows how to grab money from customers doesnt care whether customer is getting policy on time or not.Give them your money and just wait for atleast 7 days to get the policy.I think there turn around time for issues resolution is quite good which is never.
Do not buy any policy from them.They are just thieves.
