Our Cox and Kings tour manager Mr.Ravinder Singh Lamba is very abusive, rebellious and does not have concern for the passengers!
He does not properly plans the timings and makes the trip unpleasant by his abusive behaviour!
He even threatened us to drop in between in foreign soil and to make it even worse he asked us to book our next Holiday with thomas cook, the competitor for cox and kings!
We have taken up this issue with cox and kings senior management for further action and we are waiting for a Positive Response!
