It is hight of negligence and lack of answerability towards your customer,
I need below details ASAP
Invoices against my aishwaryasingh23ment till 10th of October 16,
Vouchers of Hotels and local activities, -Booking Vouchers( not delivered yet) and cancelation Vouchers,
Airline Booking and cancellation receipts
Till the time, I received only Air tickets, Visa and Insurance documents,
As I requested that pls align some senior officer to proceed on this case,
Any more delay or negligence will force me to take strong actions, I have sufficient reason to do that,

I AM LOOKING 100% refund now, My Request to any senior cox & king representative should get involve to revive my case,
