I made a purchase on crafts recently ... This is my first ever purchase here and I was in for a surprise several days after the buy there was no update ... After mailing their CS a few times.
I finally got my parcel. However, they shipped a wrong product.
Not surprisingly enough .. they never replied to any mails or attempts to communicate with them to fix the problem .. stay away from this site!!
