I had ordered my product on craftsvilla and due to poor quality of product I returned the same or 24th February and on 27th february I have provided all the bank details with my passbook screenshot to craftsvilla on email but I did not received my refund amount even after 16 days. I suggest to all never buy any product from craftsvilla there service is poor as[inappropriate content removed]and they sell cheap quality of products, there customer service people does not know what they are talking about. each time you call to customer care you will receive different answers. this is the first time I have ordered something from craftsvilla and I swear with this experience I would never buy any product from craftsvilla and never recommend it to anybody seems like online scam site to me who does’nt repect the customers experience and eat their money.
