Hello friends today I am sharing my online shopping experience with craftsvilla.com which is not good. I mostly purchase most of things online with different different sites. I was shop first time from craftsvilla.com which is very worst experience for me because I was ordered a saree for my mother in love on their marriage anniversary. but when I received it I was shocked that saree was damaged. the product quality is bad.
I was paid money online because there was not any option for cash on delivery.
I was suddenly contact to their customer service but they did not response me at all. the cost of saree was 2000 so thats why I was very upset because they graber us to purchase return.
the delivery timeline was not good.
the app of it is hanged and we wait for it to lot of time.
reliability is bad.
