I will start my story saying I have the worst online shopping experience with Craftsvilla. One of my friend referred me to this online portal.
I needed few products urgently so I placed 2 order on 25th November for delivery on 04th December. I have stated clearly that I need product on or before 04th December.
As I was in a hurry I decided to call customer service but nobody answered even after several attempts. Always the same voice message ALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY. YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US and after this call gets disconnected all the time.

# After 3 days I received an email that one of the product is not available. I was not happy with this reply but I requested to refund my money and that too very clearly. After 2 days I got another email with the offer of 5% extra coupon on my purchase.
LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE is not interested in any other thing but to sell. This time I was furious and I replied that I need my money and nothing else.
After that I got reply that your refund is initiated and money will be refunded in 15-20 working days.
CAN I ASK WHY DO YOU NEED SO MUCH TIME TO REFUND MONEY? This is not how you should deal with an angry customer. Story doesnt end here.
Its almost 8 days now and the 02nd order is still processing, no confirmation on product availability, delivery dates etc.
I tried to call on almost all numbers I could find via Google but surprise surprise none of them were working. Dont ever shop on this website. If you cant resist, please do shopping with COD.
