Crafstvilla as it broadcasts its advertisements on televisions and facebook and instagram is just opposite to what it actualy shows . I ordered a blue colored suit for attending my sister’s engagement beacause it was looking so elegant and pretty in the picture but when it reached me the whole thing was horrible. First of all the quality of the cloth. When I checked it online it was clearly written that its pure cotton whereas when it reached me the cloth was not cotton ., it was some very horrible type of cloth. Moreover, the design that it actually showed in the picture online was nowhere to be seen in the suit . The quality of cloth was so bad and raw that when I offered it to my maid, even she refused to take it.
The clothes are this site are not at all costly and I agree to the fact but that doesnt mean that if the price is low, the qualify of the product will be even lower, u cannot make a fool out of public. Because of such sites only, people stop believing in online shopping, such sites who try to make a fool out of public. I m just totally against them and I think this site should be closed now. Because of the money I spent here, my parents scolded me so much and now the consequences are that they do not allow me to shop online anymore. Even I regret the face that why did I wasted my momey here, I could spent it on a better shop and could get better clothes at a first go only rather than spending the money two times.
Although I have heard alot of positive reviews of this site infact of my own friends but if I was not satisfied with their service, that simply means that they do not pay attention to their each and every costumer which is not a good signal for online shopping site over long run . If at the very first time I am coming to buy something from a particular site, that means that I m ignoring all other sites which have been good on my experience and I am trusting that particualr site where I am ordering my product from but if the very first time you cannot take care of your customer, what will you do the other day? I m sorry but this site has put a totally negetive impact on me and I don’t have guts to open this site again and order any products from here.!
