Somebody sent this browser executable (crazybrowser.exe) to me by mail. I saved it in my hard disk and yes, I’m done with my installation. It gets installed just by copying it to your PC. I really hate doing installation(like many others) - go thru the step by step wizard, putting them in start menu etc etc... very boring task, indeed. Now... lets dive into the functionality of this browser. I’m listing the features of this browser that I like the most.
NOTE This browser requires you to have IE installed in your PC already. 1. Tabbed Interface: This is much much better than opening a new IE window to browse different sites simultaneously. Instead of Alt-Tab, you’ll be using Ctrl-Tab to switch between sites. 2. Say no to popups: No annoying popups anymore. Blocks virtually all popups. You can also configure this browser to display popups in one particular website. 3. Cookie clearance: I have the habit of deleting all temporary files, history, and cookies after I browse. Deleting all Cookies would require me to go to Tools->Options->General->Settings->View All Files->Then shift del all files. Now, I have it right there in the menu in CrazyBrowser: Tools->Clear History->Clear All History. 4. No Dr.Watson Errors: I keep getting this ’’Your program has performed an illegal operation’’ in IE. I’ve been using CB for a month now and I did NEVER get this error. This is rock solid. 5. The full screen feature in this is more fuller than IE’s full screen feature! Infact I’m using CB right now while I’m typing this and I’ll be using this for quite sometime until I get bored with this. But, I’m sure I’ll come up with more good features of this browser.
