I have taken amc with these guys and for the people who don’t know the meaning of amc it means annual maintenance contract.
I had taken it last July and its been almost 10 months and in this 10 months I’ve used 4 services and trust me all the 4 services was as good as a nightmare.
I took amc with these guys thinking that I would pay 1000 now and I don’t need to pay them again when I would give my vehicle for servicing but it turned out totally the other way round.
These people will tell you to do unnecessary stuffs which is not needed on your vehicle and they would tell this stuff such a way that you would be compelled to do it. I recently gave my vehicle for servicing and I told them to change the oil. The job card guy told me that he would so the oil change with some cleaning and if I would have sauna yes he would have charged me 250 extra.
I caught his bluff and told him immediately not to bluff me and do only stuffs that’s necessary.
Really disappointed with your after sales service. It was better if I had opted or some other company vehicle. Never take amc with these people.
