This app is really a trap, I have made two payments of my credit card as on 25th of December 2020 for rupees 5000 and for rupees 45726.38, Rs. 5000 credited to my account on same day but other one not.
After several request they replied that it may took 4 working days and as on 27th of December, they sent me this message " your order id K8L8052NY7 with us. Payment of INR 45, 726.38 towards your ICICI Bank credit card ending 1002 has been processed successfully. It takes 2 working days for the amount to reflect on your credit card statement. However, the payment will be posted in today’s date Dec 28, 2020 in your account..
On 29th Dec they told me that "Your credit card bill payment of ₹45, 726.38 for your ICICI Bank card number 4375-51XX-XXXX-1002 has failed. Setup your instant refund account, and receive the deducted amount within 4 hours. In case instant refund account is not setup, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days."
Very easy to understand for everybody that two payments made on same day and the big amount is not settled and refund on 5th day, your due date has been passed and you have to pay the interest. Please Never use.??
