I have not received any assistance for the resolution of hdfc card after paying CREDIT MANTRI Rs 2947 for getting an NOC letter and closing my HDFC CARD . They promised that I will get resolution of my two credit cards within 24 hours. But nothing was done from their side. No call or resolution was done from their side. This company is totally cheating the people. They don’t have valid phone number or email address. They mail us regularly but we cant reply to that e-mail address. They wont pick your phone if you call them. IF CREDITMANTRI IS READING THIS PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT. ELSE I WILL FILE A COMPLIANT AGANIST YOU FOR ONLINE FRAUD.
