It was 3-4 months back when I was looking for a second hand scooty for my sister and we checked the CredR website.After booking for the bike next day we went to the showroom to check the scooty.The scooty was well polished and looks like brand new with only 3k kms driven.
We purchased the scooty( honda activa 4g) at price of 50000 rs.After few days the scooty started showing it's real face.The front suspension was welding and got damaged after 15-20 days of use.
I called the customer support who were providing 247 support but they did not picked the call.The worst situation ever faced by my sister.
I took the vechile to nearest shop and get it checked and got to know that the vechile was damaged in accident and got repaired somewhere .
We contacted our dealer who sold the scooty to us.But the dealer denied to come and pick the scooty.We somehow managed to drop the scooty to dealer shop and asked the return as the vechile is accidental .
But its more than 10-15 days their is no response from the dealer nor from the CredR.
Worst experience with these cheater companies and with the dealer.
I got to know many people faced the same issue with buying accidental bikes from credR.
Please don't buy any bike/scooty from CredR.
