Their customer support is great and pretty quick.
You will get a call for sure as soon as you mail them no matter what the issue.
It is also a great directory of second hand vehicles.
And the test ride feature is also great.
Their warranty isn’t of much use. There are too many conditions on the warranty. Not worth it.
And I would advise you not to completely rely on their inspection report. Make sure you show your vehicle to a local garage/ authorized service center if you are planning to buy one.
Also, personally, I feel the prices are a bit on the higher side and I would recommend you to buy a new vehicle if it’s a possibility rather than buying a second hand vehicle(Based on my own experience considering various other costs such as paper transfer charges and insurance charges, higher maintenance charges, etc)
