I bought a Nokia 5235 from Croma and the phone’s camera stopped working the very next day presumably because of a faulty shutter. I took it to Croma the next day and they followed it up with the Nokia service centre and gave me a new phone after confirming the issue. No hassles and within one day.
I did not have to follow it up repeatedly as I had been warned by a lot of people.
