Service is very poor. I had purchased Samsung LED TV 40 inches from Croma, Marathalli. This has inbuilt Airtel setup box. The inbuilt setup box has manufacturing defect. We complained to Croma.
They told that Engineer will visit to your house within 1 day or 2 day. We follow up them daily or alternate day. But always cancel the complain by their self . We need to register complain again and again after each 2-3 days. This is now more than 20 days after buying the tv. But it is not installed till now. Very Poor service. It’s better to buy from some where else from where you can get better service. Please avoid shopping from here.
