We purchased microwave and wanted to take our product with us. However they convinced us that it would be delivered next day. Next day till 3 no body called and when we reached out to customer care they have no clue when it will be delivered. We had some plans to visit hospital and we had to go. Meanwhile around 3.30 the delivery guys called and we couldnt pick up. Around 4.30 we called back and found out that they have rescheduled it to again next day.
So to avoid this, I suggest to take the confirmation on delivery from store attender as they have more info than customecare executive.
