I have purchased an items from Croma online store. Expected delivery date is 8th Apr 2013 but still I have not received the product.
I have called the customer care more than 50 times they always keeps my call on hold for more than 1 hour an will say we will resolve this in 24 hours.
Same story I am hearing from last one week but no progress. The people at customer care are not professional and they are always irresponsible. Please please don’t buy any product from Croma.
