The sales staff is pushy, and like a well-known cliche, promise the world in order to make to buy from their shop. once youve paid the money, youre on your own. so the product didnt reach within 24 hrs? call the "company" people. so the installation hasnt taken place? "not our problem!"
These people so conveniently passed the blame on the brand they were selling, it was shocking! If they are so well aware of the “service issues” of the said brand, then why do they promote it? And why do they not make the customer aware of it?
