Very bad customer service and Bad experience with Croma, sell only product no service after sell.
I had issues with my croma mixer which was under warranty and is a croma product. After one month the product was not working properly and I gave the complaint and the agent came and checked the product. After that he decided to change the Jars & Blades that are not working properly and we will replace it within a week.
Almost 4 months completed we didn’t receive any call / email response from the service center.
Croma customer service sucks…please think twice before buying the croma products.
Worst Customer Care Support. Please don’t buy any croma products.
