The only reason for 1 star is because I cannot give 0 stars. Only buy from the store if you’re 100% sure that you will keep the product. If you don’t like it and want to return it, they don’t give you cash. They give you Croma credits instead, with a promise that you will be able to use the credits without any problem in the future. They assure that if you want some device and they don’t have it, they will make it available for you. But in reality, that doesn’t happen at all. That’s just a trick to make sure you don’t buy from somewhere else.
Moreover, these credits are also not usable on their e-commerce website, which they don’t tell you while issuing you the credits.
Honestly, the worst possible experience ever. The staff there makes you wait for a long amount of time. And honestly, the staff is extremely irresponsible. Now I’m stuck with a credit note worth INR 2000, and have to wait for the product that I want to be available in their store. And no one knows how long it’ll take.
Please consider this before making a purchase in the store.
