Croma Store providing disgusting service after thepurchase is over less than a month they wont cover physical damage
But Draw back is customer service inside the store where lot of Disappointment therefore people needs to be trained here a lot
As I am really Dissatisfied and trying to reduce the rate to 3 from 5 because of a worst incident that Happened in Croma customer service department for neckband purchased from CROMA
Only but Power Bank is good dont purchase neckband at all it wont last for a month yesterday I got burned due to electricity short and I am unable to even get a service for repair
Retail stores they have to improve a lot even right people are not being trained properly recently visited the store and checked
This 3/5 is also only because CROMA ONLINE store satisfies
its customers and provide cash back points than Croma retail store
