Hello friends, I have bought this croma led tv during a sell as a gift for my friends wedding anniversary.
And I have give him the total bill and all the details.
It’s been a year and serviced it for 3 times. So you can understand how badly it works.
Reason I hate this product is as below.
1. As shown in advertising. It shows brilliant HD quality but in real. Brightness and picture quality is too bad.
2. Colors saturated alot. So can easily see different from any other branded led.
3. Hardware issue happened during rainy season. And they fixed after 20 days. So you can imagine a day without a led.
4. Sound quality is too poor.
5. Pixel problems occurred once.
So after such a problem he sold it in olx and finally bought a new led.
So imagine the situation for yourself
