We visited Croma for buying Sony Handycam. They have a huge space which has been beautifully used with various sections on the electronic items. There was a huge product display giving the best prices and the actual prices, but very little information on the product. But inspite of having so many salespeople, no one was trained enough to actually guide us.
Moreover after spending half hour looking around, they were least bothered to attend to us and give us information. They also were not aware whether the product which we sought to buy was available or not. When we chose to select one to buy on our own understanding, they mentioned that it was the only piece available and it was defective!!!!!!!. They were also unable to inform us when this will be available.
Eventually we bought the same at a Sony Store and were really happy as we got perfect information along with a good price, excellent customer service, infact we ended up buying a lot more than we actually went out to buy.
Sad to say, we went with great expectations , Croma being a Tata Initiative, but came out disappointed.
