I purchased a 40’’ LED TV on 11-Nov-12 (just before Diwali) form Croma along which I was promised a Samsung 51 movies dvd pack. At that time, it was out-of-stock and the salesman promised me that he would inform me as soon as it was available.
After numerous follow-ups during this 1-month period, even today, I am yet to get the promised pack. Every time I call up, I get the same response i.e. there is a waiting list of over 700 for this.
I am not sure if others have had a similar experience here as regards promises that were made but never fulfilled.
