Bought a croma tab for Rs 14000 & its touch screen crashed within a month. Gave it to the service center, they kept it for 2 months, after repeated calls they gave it back in the SAME condition. Kept it for another 15 days. Finally after more repeated calls, they gave it. It was installed with a corrupted software which kept asking me to update my keyboard.:/
After 2 months, the touch screen failed, speakers stopped working. Went back to the store & asked for a replacement, but they refused & said service center gives replacement. Asked them for a replacement they said company gives replacement. Im stuck. Customer care doesnt help, avoids, hangs up calls & IGNORES customer complaints.
Now its been more than 20 days, theyre still not repairing my tab & telling me that the part isnt available. Customer care is useless as they dont follow up even after numerous calls & requests everyday.
They just want my warranty period to get over so I have to pay them to repair it. Theyre not issuing a replacement request even after the tab is irreparable & fails after every 2 months.
Can someone from Croma HELP ME MAYBE?
