I ordered a cooler 15 days ago when I was promised delivery within 7 days. Anyway, after 12 days of waiting I cancelled my order(Cancellation no. SR05111500857.) and I was told I will get a confirmation email next day and then the refund in 7 days(I don’t know why it would take that long). Still I haven’t received any email confirmation and every time I call them they tell me they would call me within two hours and never do.
They are just a bunch of liars and have no idea what they are doing. I have fallen into this, but you can save yourselves the aggravation and frustration.
