The croma malad staff is poor in knowledge about products, the sales guys promise any thing. The installation of AC is done via some local guy for which they charge 1500 Rs. The installation guys are not professional and they are not much aware about anything.The call centre service is very poor, dont but extended warranty as it will be from local person who is not well qualified.
My advice say no to Croma Malad.
