This shop should be given the award of most customer un-friendly shop in Mumbai, if not India. The shop assistants are extremely ill mannered. They are somewhat okay when you are a prospective buyer but rapidly changes colour once you go for some servicing.
They have a tendency to pass on the buck to the manufacturer and will try to tell you that you have to get all services from the Service centers only. If this trick does not work, they resort to finding flimsy excuses not to provide service. I had to literally force my way to get services from them. I had similar experiences when I bought my laptop from them which I had shrugged off as a one off experience. It does not seem to be so. It is their general policy and disposition. So friends, if you like to get harassed, go ahead. Else don’t step into this shop - ever.
