I would like to share my shopping experience last month at croma, fort mumbai. I purchased a power bank and earphone. Sales person made me convince to buy a nextech 5200mah power bank and it was for Rs 1000 it has warrnty of 1year.
He told me its the best in market, but next day itself I found an issue in it, it stops charging mobile and gets start only after charging it for few minutes.
I again went to croma centre, I informed the sales person about the same and ask him to replace or refund. There I saw Circle brand power bank which is product of croma. I asked sales person to replace it with this new power bank, as I have already lost trust in nextech.
He spoke to his manager and gave me circle power bank. Its the best power bank, it has 11000mah capacity, 2 usb slots and works very well. It also has 6months of warranty. I am using micromax unite mobile phone whose battery is very poor and able to charge my mobile 5 times with this power bank.
Also the earphone I bought was samsung orignal one. And its working well. I will recommend croma to anyone buying electronics, it has good collection of tv, laptops, tablets, mobiles, speakers, mixer, etc. Also would like to recommend circle power bank. Last but not the least, next to croma is starbucks where u can relax and have coffee. So all best for ur shopping.
