This is regarding my recent purchase of Hitachi AC. The product was delivered on 10th June. It’s been 5 days and no technician has come till now for installation. I have called the Croma support number 3 times. What, I have got in return are just false promises. You don’t expect such things from brand like Croma(TATA).
