Hello, I am telling about my experience from shopping to chromretail. I had ordered a trouser from this e commece site . Itvwas delivered in 7th day of ordering . When I received my order I opened the package I saw the trouser is defective from front of it . I contacted the cromaretail customer care support . A lady attended my call she said that send me the pics of defected item om her email I immediately send it to her email thed I got repliesd you will replied in 24 hours for your issue but 37 hours passed away I did not get reply and again I called for it they again said that your order should be picked soon sir but no one came for picking up my order . I was just become a victim of fraud from this site . Guyzz do not shop from this site . The items are expensive and defective they do not give you a better service . #do not buya anything ftm this site I hardly reccommed you for this site .
