I have orderd a washing machine from this Croma.com website with two year warinty. The machine works well for one and half year then there are some issues in the working of the washung machine , I have complained this to the coustomer care but at the first palce they don not respond to me. After my continuos try they have registerd my complain they send there employe to do it. But they took the defective part and they did not come till two months. They have’nt repair my washing machine and I am very frusted from there service. I think this website is not a good place for shoping.
