Horrible shopping experience with Croma Retai

I had placed an order for purchase of cordless phone on 01st Feb.


Received the phone on 06th Feb but it was a refurbished one and the power adapter was also missing. On contacting the customer care they advised me to send mail to customer support with photographs. I followed their advise. They have initiated reverse pick up and advised me to give customer declaration to courier guy. The courier guy wanted some form 402 to be given and refused to pick up the parcel.


I contacted the customer care & support again, they advised me that this time they will ship the product to Gurgaon instead of Delhi warehouse and form 402 is not required. The courier guy again refused to pick up the parcel with out form 402.


Today is 24th Feb 2016 and croma is still unable to sort out their issue with the courier guy.


And I am still waiting.


If you want prompt service never ever buy products from Croma. They are highly unprofessional and they cheat customers also.


Can any one guide me how to take legal action against croma for this harasment?
