I would like to share my pathetic experience with Croma. A decade back I visited a Croma store in Bombay to buy a Television set. The salesman recommended me VU tv by saying it’s thier own brand. They also offered me an extended warranty but very soon that VU brand disappeared from Indian market and neither I got any extended warranty service . I filed a case against them in a consumer court after a few hearing nobody from their side even appears in the court. After spending almost a decade in the court now I am expecting some judgment in coming months. Now on 31st March by mistake again I bought a Kodak HD tv from Croma, online for my Kolkata Bungalow but Croma has not changed a bit. I am still awaiting a call from their technical team to fix the TV on my wall. So friends moral of story is Try to AVOID Croma as much as possible.
